The VIR01-A main engine remote control system is a ship automation control equipment developed by Haidian Institute according to the needs of domestic and foreign customers. Using this system, the driver can remotely control the main diesel engine power plant of the ship in the driving control room or centralized control room to realize automatic platooning and disengagement. Logical operations such as shifting, reversing, and shifting, etc., have complete over-limit alarms, mechanical load and thermal load protection functions, and can be equipped with independent security units according to needs, with safety override functions, and manual control can be realized beside the machine. The host remote control system adopts ARM microprocessor, the distributed module power supply, communication lines and sensor interface lines all adopt electrical isolation technology, and the air control part adopts SMC valve parts imported from Japan, which has high reliability.
