The ship supervision system is composed of the onboard monitoring terminal and system monitoring platform software. The onboard monitoring terminal receives global navigation satellite system (GNSS) signals to form ship position information, and sends it to the system monitoring platform regularly through wireless communication (Beidou + public network). The system monitoring platform can form information such as ship position, trajectory, and entry and exit visa records through data reception, processing, and integration. There will be an alarm when there is an abnormality, which can be displayed on the system monitoring platform and the mobile phone of the administrator, thereby providing a basis for scientific and efficient management of law enforcement.

    Functions of the system monitoring platform

    Map display

    Display the real-time position information of all fishing vessels on three types of maps: satellite, plan and nautical charts, allow ship retrieval by ship number, ship name, etc. and allow to filter by the type of operation and the place where the ship belongs.

    Inward&outward report

    Without manual intervention, the terminal can automatically report ship information every time a ship enters and exits the port. The system information can be fed back to the system in a timely manner, the inbound and outbound report can be formed, and the report data can be exported to an excel file.

    Connection with “digital ship inspection” electronic identity

    During the initial installation, the electronic identity tag information of the “digital ship inspection” can be entered into the system, so as to realize the binding relationship with the true identity of the ship.

    Statistics of the ships returning to the port(or anchorage ground)

    The system accurately counts the number of fishing vessels in each port or anchorage according to the set port or anchorage area, and forms statistical reports. Report data can be exported as excel files.

    Closed fishing management

    During the closed fishing period, there are different closing periods based on the different operation means. The closed fishing time of each ship can be set, and the fishing ship which leaves the port in the closed fishing period shall be alarmed by the system.

    Overtime alarm

    If there is no signal after the setting time(such as 12 hours, set at the backstage), the system alarms automatically.

    Low-battery alarm

    The terminal has a power monitoring function to notify the system platform in time when the power is low.

    Alarm for dismantling

    The shipboard terminal adopts an anti-disassembly mechanism to prevent man-made disassembly. In the event of disassembly, the terminal will promptly transmit the disassembly alarm information to the system platform and record the current location and status of the equipment.

    Trajectory record and voyage statistics

    Realize the query and playback of the historical trajectory of single-vessel, multi-vessel and regional monitoring ships, and realize the voyage statistics of ships.

    Query of historical information

    Realize the query of the historical data reported by the ship supervision terminal for more than one year, and record and save the data reported by the shipboard terminal.

    System operation authorization

    The system can set strict management authority. System administrators are assigned uniformly according to different working rights and different rights of using the system. It is possible to realize one machine with multiple users to view different ships, and multiple machines with one user to view the same ships. Hierarchical management can be realized to prevent irrelevant personnel from viewing ship information.
